Perhaps most notorious for his work with Leanin' Tree greeting cards, Ben's work has graced covers and inside pages of books, magazines and a wide variety of other projects.
Ben's illustration style is decidedly cartoon, often slathered with a healthy dose of realism, which pretty much mirrors his view on life. Although best-known for his western themes, he does sneak out of that corral on occasion and try other walks of life.
One of Leanin' Tree's top-selling artists, Ben has been working for over 25 years with this well-loved greeting card giant, found in thousands of stores all across Canada and America.
Ben has been drawing since he could remember. His art is found in private collections, on numerous children's books and western poetry and story books, magazines such as Western Horseman and Canadian Cowboy Country, and on his mother's fridge.
